How does a Plank Hardware trade account work?
We offer trade accounts for businesses in the interior design and construction industries. To apply, simply complete our short application form. Once our trade team has reviewed and approved your application, you’ll be able to shop trade prices instantly.
Your trade discount will be set at 20% initially. We’ll then review your account every six months — if your annual spend is lower than $1,500, we may decrease the discount level as appropriate. We will contact you in advance to discuss this if necessary.
If you’re working on a large project that requires a high volume of hardware products (e.g. a large residential or hospitality project), we’re more than happy to provide a custom quotation. Just get in touch with us at trade@plankhardware.com and let’s discuss how we can help.

Can I order hardware samples for my client?
Sure. Once in your trade account, you can access product samples in a few ways:
1) Create a custom pack
Help yourself to up to three unique hardware samples, free of charge.
Select "Order a sample" on product pages to build your box. Knobs and pulls only, excluding heavyweight and closet bar pulls.
Available to every account as a one-time-only order, you'll just pay for postage and packaging.
2) Request a trade sample board
Choose our wall-mounted presentation board for your stylish showroom space.
Available in pink or green, you'll be able to merchandise 17 of our best-selling hardware styles, in a range of finishes, using the supplied magnetic screws.
Available for $100 + Shipping. Contact us at trade@plankhardware.com and we'll get this sorted for you.
3) For those on-the-go
If you're often on the move, you might like our compact sample board that fits in a box.
The folded aluminum board hosts 8 of our best-selling hardware styles, in a range of finishes, and is available in pink.
Available for $30 + Shipping.

What are the delivery lead times for trade orders?
We ship using DHL Express.
We aim to dispatch your order by the following business day. Your order should arrive with you 3-7 business days later, depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you with the tracking number.
